Mchenja is one of the Luangwa’s best appointed camps. The tents are custom designed, each has a roll top bath and stunning views of the river, there is also a small pool which offers some relief in the warmer months. Game-viewing throughout the Luangwa is excellent and very varied you will have ample opportunity to explore the area both on foot and in open 4x4 vehicles.

Your home for the next two days is the wildly luxurious Chinzombo Camp. 6 Villas all similar in style with an open plan structure in a beautiful position on a sweeping bend of the Luangwa River.
